Find Products Using Spreadsheet or Links
Use our CNFans Spreadsheet or Links pages to find product URLs. Copy the product link from the spreadsheet.
Submit a Purchase Request
Paste the product link into CNFans and submit a purchase order. CNFans will buy the item from the Chinese seller on your behalf.
Wait for Warehouse Arrival
Your item ships from the seller to the CNFans warehouse in China. This typically takes 3–10 days depending on the seller.
Review QC Photos
CNFans sends QC photos of your item. Review them carefully and give GL (ship) or RL (reject). If unsure, request extra photos.
Choose Shipping Route
Select your preferred shipping route from the options available. DHL is fastest; E-Packet and Yanwen are more affordable.
Pay for Shipping
Pay the shipping fee based on weight and your chosen route. Then confirm your order to begin international shipping.
